How do i set up a delivery?

Step 1.Contact us with address and postcode to check availability in your area

Step 2.If delivery available,decide on products youd like,how many days a week youd like a delivery and how youd like to pay

Step3.Place order with us,sit back and let us do the rest

 

How do i pay for my order?

Theres a number of payment options from weekly,fortnightly,monthly or even daily if it suits you best.Youd be left an invoice with amount on and the payment options will be on invoice

What do i do with the empty bottles?

Just rinse them and return them on your doorstep to be picked up on next delivery

How often do you deliver?

Deliveries are made 3 times a week and depending on your area will either be on a Monday,Wednesday and Friday or on a Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday

What time will my delivery turn up?

Delivery takes place in early hours of the morning with the majority of doorsteps receiving their orders by 7.30am

How can i cancel or amend my order?

Orders should be cancelled/amended prior to delivery and can be changed via text,email,calling or through website up til 12.30am on day of delivery

Can i pause my order if im going on holiday?

Yes,just supply us with the dates you like your last delivery and when youd like to restart on your return

Can i just have a delivery once a week if i choose?

Yes,theres no minimum order and if you only want 1 delivery a week thats fine,even once a fortnight is ok
